When does the sale of tickets for next season start?
The advance sale starts usually at the end of April / beginning of May, for the upcoming season. The exact date is announced on our website approx. 1 month before the start of sale.
How much in advance can I buy tickets? Can I buy tickets in May for concerts taking place in June the following year?
Yes, you can. When the advance sale starts, you can buy tickets for any concert in the announced season. Details of any exceptions are in our Brochure or on our website.
Can I buy more than one discounted ticket?
With one certificate you can buy only one discounted ticket. To purchase more than one discounted ticket, you need to present the relevant number of certificates. We also accept copies of documents with a photo. A list of all the discounts is available here.
Can I buy discounted tickets on-line?
Currently the only discount available on-line is for single tickets for multiple concerts in ‘My Subscription’. The discount is automatically applied when you buy single tickets for at least four concerts.
For other types of discount (ZTP, OAP, student), you can make a reservation on-line and then claim the discount by presenting the relevant certificate at the ticket office.
I am a senior/student, can I get a discount for a subscription series ticket?
No, the subscriptions series tickets are already discounted, and no other discounts can be applied.
If I cannot go to a concert for which I have bought a ticket, what do I do?
We recommend that you donate the ticket to someone; purchased tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
I have forgotten to bring my ticket or lost it, what do I do?
Contact the FOK box office as soon as possible (tel. +420 222 002 336, email@example.com). If we can identify your seat, we can issue a duplicate (handling fee 50 CZK per ticket).
How long is my reservation valid?
The reservation is held usually for seven calendar days, unless otherwise stated. After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail informing you when the reservation expires.
The link print eTicket sent by e-mail does not work.
You can print your ticket from your account at www.fok.cz.
I could not complete my booking/payment by card, but the seats I have chosen are no more on offer. Can I buy them again?
We recommend contacting the FOK box office to finalise the purchase.
I cannot print my eTicket; can I still go to the concert?
Yes, you can present the ticket on your mobile application.
Is there a prescribed dress code to follow?

Can I bring my children with me to concerts and from what age?
Yes, if the child is able to sit quietly throughout the whole concert without disturbing others. However, for children we recommend concerts specially aimed at young audiences in the series Orchestra to Touch.
Can I get autographs of favourite artists and contact details for them?
With some artists we organise signing sessions after the concert, but we do not give out contact details for performers.
