Kalabis Quintet

Named after the 20th century Czech composer, the women's wind ensemble chose the name after winning the prestigious Viktor Kalabis Prize. When such an ensemble plays Kalabis' Divertimento, it is a historically informed interpretation. The central work in the Images and Music series, however, can be none other than Pictures at an Exhibition.
