PETR NEKORANEC – OPERA RECITAL

In January 2017, Petr Nekoranec became the overall winner of one the most prestigious singing competitions, the Francesco Vinas International Singing Competition. In January 2018 he received one of the Classic Prague Awards in the Talent of the Year 2017 category. And rightly so! Beginning in September 2018, he starts an engagement as soloist with the Stuttgart Opera, taking on three major roles in operas by Rossini and Donizetti in his first season. That would make one’s head spin, but not Petr’s, not yet. Our head is spinning when listening to his singing. We’re delighted that he has accepted our invitation and together with the brilliant harpsichord player William Kelley will perform Baroque and Classic arias and songs, a repertoire best suited to his voice.
