Christmas without Ryba’s Czech Christmas Mass would be like a vanilla croissant without the vanilla, a carp without bones or a Christmas Eve dinner without a candle. We all have our own, (undoubtedly) best, tried and tested recipe for Christmas. Each of us adds their own secret ingredient. Thanks to that, the festive season in each family has its particular flavour and fragrance. And that has been our wish too. To create a Czech Christmas Mass with a secret ingredient that would make our and your Christmas season special. We wanted the Mass to be without sentiment, yet still poetic. Hence, we decided to link Jakub Jan Ryba’s music with the magical world of the Theatre Lampion’s marionettes and Matěj Forman, the producer of wonderful stories. We believe that you will never forget Christmas with our Ryba’s Czech Christmas Mass!
