The excellent conductor Andrey Boreyko loves fables and legends and it is clear that he likes to immerse himself and his audience in Romanticism. The same goes for Vardan Mamikonian, a legendary hero. In the 5th century he led a Christian holy war in his country, whilst his namesake, the legendary Armenian pianist fights for truth in music.

The concert is being held under the auspices of H. E. Mr. Tigran Seiranian, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Czech Republic
