Hire of the Church of SS. Simon and Jude
The PSO Concert Department offers both the small and main concert halls of the Church of SS. Simon and Jude for hire.
The main concert hall
- has outstanding acoustics and is suitable for oratorio and chamber music.
- exceptionally high quality Baroque organ by Andreas Wambetsser, Bösendorfer piano, one-manual Lindholm harpsichord, two-manual Ammer harpsichord.
Capacity of hall :
400 seats + 5 places for wheelchairs.
The hall is heated.
The small concert hall
- suitable for chamber concerts and recitals.
- Petrof piano. Also suitable for holding seminars, presentations, press conferences.
Capacity of hall :
50 seats, the hall is heated
Foyer
- houses a permanent exhibition devoted to the history and present of the church. Suitable for organisation of exhibitions or social events.
- refreshments can be offered here (bar counter) during concert intervals.
Capacity of the foyer:
150 standing places, the foyer is heated
