Family Concerts
2011 | 2012
Smetana Hall | Municipal House | nám. Republiky 5, Praha 1 | 11 a. m.
Music so close that you can touch it…
The Family concerts are designed for children (from 6 to 15 years old). The orchestra sits in the middle of the Smetana Hall and the audience sits in a semicircle around it. Capacity is therefore limited. Each concert lasts roughly an hour with a short interval in which the children can handle the instruments and chat with the musicians.
In terms of theme the concerts follow on from the activities of the FÍK Music Club, but membership of the club is not a condition for attending the concerts.
