The PSO Juventus Collegium chamber ensemble is made up of members of the younger generation of musicians in the Prague Symphony Orchestra. All the musicians in the ensemble are not only members of the PSO but also occasional solo performers and play as regular or guest members of other chamber groups and orchestras. We formed the chamber ensemble not just out of love for chamber music but also the desire to introduce into the well-established and familiar life of the PSO something new that will enrich both our experience and that of PSO audiences and friends. Apart from classical works of chamber music, in the future we shall also enjoy focusing on "more popular" music (A. Piazollo and others) and 20^th-century music. In some of our projects we want to combine music with a dance, pictorial or dramatic element.
